PHILIPSBURG:--- On June 26th, 2025, His Excellency, the Governor of Sint Maarten, Mr. Ajamu G. Baly, paid an official visit to General Pension Funds (Algemeen Pensioenfonds Sint Maarten (APS).
The courtesy visit provided a valuable opportunity to share insights into the current position and future plans of APS.
During the visit, Managing Director Oscar Williams gave a presentation covering the history of APS, the various challenges the Fund has faced over the years, and its healthy financial position today. He also shared highlights from the recently finalized Financial Statement.
“We’re focused on safeguarding our members’ future and ensuring APS remains strong and sustainable,” said Mr. Williams.
The Governor would like to thank APS for this fruitful and hospitable visit.
