PHILIPSBURG:--- In a pivotal meeting held on Thursday, September 12, 2024, Vice Chair of the Council of Supervision of the Common Court, Kelvin Bloyden, officially presented the 2023 Financial Year Report to Prime Minister Dr. Luc Mercelina of Sint Maarten.
